the soup

a small group mentoring programme to get brave and cook up wonderful things

starting February 2026

Offering spacious structure and gentle accountability, The Soup will support you in your creative work, whichever shape it takes.

Bringing together the best of both worlds, The Soup combines group and individual mentoring to support you in your creative journey.

Every month, there will be a group gathering to share your progress, get feedback, or brainstorm together with your peers, alongside a group chat for daily support, accountability and fortification.

We will also meet one-on-one twice during this mentorship, so you can benefit not only from the insights and a-ha! moments that come with working and learning alongside your peers, but also from individual support from a mentor.

Stay stupid. Trust the soup. Start before you’re ready.

No video lessons to watch or lengthly PDFs to read, what a relief!

While I believe there’s always something new to learn, so many people I work with already have all of the information they need in this moment in order to move forward. What’s missing is the dedicated space and time to do the work, a supportive group of peers to get encouragement from and be inspired by, and an experienced mentor on speed-dial (so to speak) to get advice and feedback so you don’t get stuck along the way.

The Soup fills that gap. Think of it as a kind of postgraduate level study (but a lot more fun!): you bring your own goals, and this programme will support you in getting there.

This is precisely the time when artists go to work.

Do you have a half-finished personal project that you need to get over the line?

A lot of shiny ideas but no clue where to begin on any of them?

A portfolio that needs work but it feels too overwhelming to even start?

A pivot in your creative work that needs some consistency and accountability?

Something you want to try but a bit scared to go for it?

All of the above?

Bring it all to The Soup and let’s see what wonderful things we can cook up together!

All the details:

What’s included?

 ☑ Four monthly group mentoring sessions on Zoom to share work and receive feedback, giving you gentle structure without overwhelm;

When are the group gatherings?

Tentatively, the group mentoring sessions are scheduled for the evenings of second Sunday of each month, starting 8th February, to accommodate most time zones and life commitments. For your one-to-one sessions there will be slots across different days of the week and times of the day to choose from.

The Soup is priced at £800 for its first, beta iteration.

Hi, I’m Antonina.

I’m a photographer. An artist. An educator. A recovering lawyer. A reformed marketing executive. An activist. A writer. And an imperfect, multi-passionate human.

I have been working as a photographer and sustaining my own creative practice and projects for the past 15 years,  and helping other photographers and artists do the same through individual and group mentoring since 2019.

My mentoring work is driven by love, curiosity and unschooling approaches, underwritten by neurodivergence, and brings together all my varied lived and professional experiences. When working with me, expect to be challenged and supported in equal measure – but also respected as a complicated, multifaceted human being.

I can’t wait to get to know you and your work!
